Every engagement is structured the same way: both founders involved from the first conversation, a defined process before any build begins, and direct oversight through delivery. We don't run large parallel client rosters. We take on fewer projects so each one gets full attention.

Background spans product management, systems architecture, business analysis, conversion optimization, and technical strategy across health tech, e-commerce, and fintech.
